ESET's customers can recover a lost Username and/or Password by entering the email address used to purchase or activate the software or the Username, below. To find your username, open the Smart Security or NOD32 Control Center and select System Tools -> Update and click on the Setup button. The Username will appear in the Automatic Update Setup window.
NOTE: You can use this form to request the Username and Password for a license purchased directly from ESET or one of our authorized distributors or resellers. If you are using a trial version or have changed your email address since the date of purchase, please contact our Customer Care Department.
